Why don't the recipients of TennCare vote in a liberal government?<br /><br />There are a lot of answers, voter suppression being one of them.<br /><br />The poor in America do not vote as a bloc, in fact they sometimes do not vote at all.Bob Hertzhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09536056115489355307noreply@blogger.com
