General election voters aren't listening to the debates. The fact that Romney is getting a free ride by the also-lying competitors like Bachmann, Perry, Cain, etc., may bode well for him during the primary season, but will leave his message untested during the general (if he is the nominee).<br /><br />Despite what the punditocracy like MoDo would have you believe, the Obama campaign will be cut-throat.
